Terms of use

The short version: this is an early preview with sample data, provided as is. Try it, tell us what you think, and don't put real data in it.

This website and the Kipso and Kipso Bridge demos are run by Spako LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, using the site for yourself or for an organization you're allowed to act for. The site isn't meant for children.

An early preview

Kipso is still being built. Features may change, break or be removed. We may change, suspend or end the preview, or limit anyone's access, at any time and without notice.

Sample data only

  • The demos use fictional sample data. Don't enter or upload real, confidential or personal information.
  • Anything you enter or upload may be deleted at any time. A practice sandbox is deleted 48 hours after it was last used.
  • To use Kipso or Kipso Bridge on real projects, talk to us. Any paid service will be covered by a separate written agreement, not these terms.

Not advice, and AI can be wrong

Nothing on this site or in the demos is financial, legal, engineering, procurement or other professional advice. The demos use AI, and its output can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on it for real decisions.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • abuse, overload or disrupt the site or demos;
  • try to get around limits, access codes or security;
  • scrape them, or reverse engineer or copy them;
  • use them for anything unlawful or harmful, or upload unlawful content.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

No warranties

The site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or that they'll be error-free.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spako LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or demos. Our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to $100. Nothing is paid during the preview.

Ownership and trademarks

The site, the demos, the Kipso name and logo, and our content belong to Spako LLC. Other product and company names on the site are trademarks of their owners; naming them doesn't mean they're affiliated with or endorse us.

Your feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Kipso without owing you anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Changes and questions
