Early preview Pricing

Free during the early preview.

That's the true price today: try Kipso with sample data, no sign-up and no card. We're not selling it yet. Below is how we expect to price Kipso and Kipso Bridge migrations later, and why it can cost a lot less than what owners pay now.

The same all-in approach, sized to your program

Annual construction spend means the construction and capital project dollars you expect to put under contract in a year. These are expected prices, not an offer, and they may change before we sell anything.

What we expect every plan to include

  • Unlimited users, including contractors and consultants
  • Setup and data import, done by the AI with our help
  • Support from the people who build it
  • The AI: change-order drafting, pay-app checks, reminders and report narratives
  • Change orders and approvals under your own policy
  • Pay-app PDF intake and checks
  • Forecast and the monthly board report
  • Public reporting page, for public owners
  • A sandbox for training and testing
  • Accounting export in a layout set up for your system, which your finance team imports

Moving into Kipso?

It's free. Bridge brings your history into Kipso as part of setup.

Your first year, side by side

For owner-side project software, the license is often the smaller part of the bill: setup, data migration and admin support cost as much or more. In Kipso, the AI does that work, so it's part of the price.

Pick your annual construction spend. On the left, what owners pay today in public contracts. On the right, Kipso's expected all-in price.

The public contracts behind these numbers, and how we read them: what implementation really costs.

Assumptions. Ranges are the lowest and highest line items we found in public contracts of different sizes, not a quote. Owners' real costs depend on scope, size and how much they customize. Our side is expected pricing, not an offer: Kipso is free during the early preview.

Sources. Based on public school-board and agency contract records. The license and the year-one example come from one large urban school district's 2026 contract; the implementation, admin and migration ranges come from public contracts of different sizes (listed on our real-cost page).

Questions about pricing

Why is it free now?

Because it's an early preview. We want people to try Kipso on sample data and tell us what works and what's missing before we charge anyone. Nothing is for sale yet.

Will my price change?

The prices on this page are what we expect to charge, not an offer, so they may change before we sell anything. If you use Kipso on your project, we'll agree the price with you in writing first.

What's included?

We expect every plan to include unlimited users, setup and data import, support, and the AI, with no implementation fee and no admin retainer. Using Kipso from your own AI assistant is part of the product, not an add-on.

What if we're bigger than $50M a year?

We haven't set a price above $50M a year yet. We'd keep the same all-in approach, sized to your program, so talk to us about what you need.

Why price by construction spend instead of per user?

Because the people who need access, from PMs and finance to the CFO and contractors, shouldn't be rationed. Pricing by construction spend is also how some other owner-side systems are priced, so it can be compared like for like.

Where do the comparison figures come from?

From public school-board and agency contract records. The year-one example is one large urban school district's 2026 contract, and the calculator's ranges come from other public contracts. They show what some owners paid, not a price list, and other owners pay different amounts.

What does a Kipso Bridge migration cost?

The dry run and mapping preview are free, and moving into Kipso is free. Into other systems we expect a flat price per migration, set by how many records Bridge reads: $2,500 for up to 500, $7,500 for up to 5,000, and a quote above that. These are expected prices, confirmed with you in writing first.

What counts as a record?

Each item Bridge reads from your files: a project, a budget line, a vendor, a contract or contract line, a change order or a pay application. The dry run shows the count before you pay anything.
