Early program Partners

Partner with Kipso
For implementation firms, owner's reps, program managers and construction consultants. Run migrations designed to take days, not months, and give your clients a simpler system, while the client relationship stays yours.
Why partner with us
Data migration is often the slowest, least predictable part of a system change. Bridge takes on the reading, mapping and reconciliation, so your team spends its time reviewing and advising.
- Designed to turn weeks of mapping into days of review. AI reads the client's files and proposes the matches; your team answers only the exceptions.
- A flat, predictable cost you can build into a fixed-fee bid, instead of open-ended cleanup hours.
- A separate verification. Loads into Kipso are read back field by field, imports into other systems are checked against an export afterwards, and a reconciliation report you can hand the client ties totals out to the cent.
- The client stays yours. You keep the relationship and the billing.
- For the system your client chose. Kipso, loaded and verified, or a verified load package with an import guide for the system the client already uses: project management systems like Kahua, Oracle Unifier, Procore and Trimble Unity Construct, or accounting systems like Infor, PowerSchool, Tyler Munis and Viewpoint Vista. There are no live connections to other systems yet.
Two ways to work together
Do one or both. Partner terms are set together with each firm.
Kipso Bridge for partners
Run your clients' migrations with Bridge.
- Partner pricing per migration, or volume packs.
- Your team runs Bridge in a private workspace (by invitation, under a signed agreement; not open yet).
- Or we run it as your back office: "have us do it", with your firm in front of the client.
Recommend or implement Kipso
For clients who want a simpler project management system.
- A referral fee or revenue share for clients who adopt Kipso.
- Implementation work that you bill. Setup is mostly automated, so your time goes to the valuable parts: process, policy and training.

Questions from partners
Do you compete with partners?
No. Bridge is built to be the tool partners use for their clients' migrations, and you keep the client relationship and the billing.
Can our team use it under our own brand?
Your firm stays in front of the client, and we can run migrations as your back office. Co-branded handover reports are planned, not built yet; tell us what you need and we'll shape it with you.
How is client data handled?
Client projects will run in a private Bridge workspace with email sign-in. Everyone accepts the data agreement before any file is uploaded, every upload, load and download goes into an audit log, and source files are deleted on the schedule you set or when you ask, with a receipt. We don't train AI models on client data. Private workspaces for real projects aren't open yet; they're available by invitation under a signed agreement.
What does it cost?
Partner terms are set together with each firm: partner pricing per migration or volume packs for Bridge, and a referral fee or revenue share for clients who adopt Kipso. The first dry run is free.
Which systems can we migrate clients into?
Kipso, loaded and verified, or the system your client already uses: project management systems like Kahua, Oracle Unifier, Procore and Trimble Unity Construct, or accounting systems like Infor, PowerSchool, Tyler Munis and Viewpoint Vista. For those, Bridge produces a verified load package for the system's own import tools, an import guide and a check after you import. There are no live connections to other systems yet.
Infor, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, PowerSchool, Procore, Trimble Unity Construct, Tyler Munis and Viewpoint Vista are trademarks of their respective owners. Kipso and Kipso Bridge aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
