What we collect through this website and the demos, why, and what we do with it. Short and plain.

Last updated October 21, 2026

This website and the Kipso and Kipso Bridge demos are run by Spako LLC ("we"). Kipso is an early preview, and nothing is sold through this site yet.

What we collect

  • What you send us in a form: your name, email address, organization and message, plus any optional details you add (such as your role or what you use today). For the newsletter, your email address and the page you signed up from.
  • Anonymous usage counts: which pages are viewed, how far you scroll, roughly how long you stay, how much of a video plays, which main buttons are clicked, your screen size group, the website that sent you here (its domain only), your country and region, and whether you've visited before. No tracking cookies, and we don't store your IP address: one visit's page views are grouped by a scrambled code that changes every day. To know whether you've visited before, your browser keeps a simple yes note in its local storage, with no ID or date, so separate visits still can't be linked together. The demos count which screens and features are used the same way, never what you type.
  • Demo data: whatever you enter or upload in a demo. The demos are for fictional sample data only, so please don't enter real, confidential or personal information. In the Kipso Bridge demo we keep only what was read from an uploaded file, not the file itself.
  • The demo's audit log: each action in a demo is recorded in its audit log with a short browser description, such as "Safari/macOS", and nothing derived from your IP address. It's deleted with the demo, within 48 hours of your last use or right away with "Start over". In a signed-in demo workspace, audit entries also carry a code derived from your IP address (see rate limits below), and are kept as long as the workspace.
  • Rate limits: a code derived from your IP address, kept for about an hour to limit how often forms can be sent and demos started. It's keyed with a secret that changes every day, so it can't be turned back into your address, and the same address gives a different code the next day. Starting a demo also runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which Cloudflare uses to tell people from bots.
  • Signed-in demo workspaces: if we give you one, your email address, so you can sign in by email link.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to run, improve and secure the website and demos. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare: hosting, security and storage for the website and demos.
  • Resend: delivers form submissions by email to our inbox, and sends our emails from hello@getkipso.com.
  • Google (Gmail): hosts the inbox those emails arrive in.
  • Anthropic: powers the demos' AI features. What you type into an AI feature, the sample data it works with, and PDFs you upload to the Kipso Bridge demo that aren't our samples may be sent to Anthropic to produce a response or read the file. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, inputs sent through its API aren't used to train its models by default, and we don't train models on your data.
  • Google Fonts: the website's fonts are loaded from Google, so your browser sends Google your IP address and basic browser details when it fetches them.
  • Pushover: sends us a phone notification when someone visits the website or takes a main step, like opening a demo or sending a form. The notification holds only the anonymous usage details above: the page, the referring site's domain, country and region, screen size group, and whether the browser has visited before, and a short code for the visit that changes every day.
  • Stripe: would handle payments for paid services, which aren't offered yet.

Cookies

We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The few cookies we set only make the site and demos work: remembering the preview access code, connecting your browser to your demo sandbox, and keeping you signed in to a demo workspace. Separately, the website keeps two small notes in your browser's local storage: whether you've visited before (see usage counts above) and whether you've turned usage counting off. Neither holds an ID, and Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control stops the first one from being set.

How long we keep it

  • Form emails: as long as we need them to respond to you and for our records.
  • Demo data: deleted within 48 hours of your last use (or right away with "Start over").
  • Usage counts: deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Rate-limit codes: about an hour. Demo audit-log entries are deleted with the demo, or with a signed-in demo workspace.

Your choices

  • To access, correct or delete your information, write to hello@getkipso.com. We'll honor these requests wherever you live.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control turn off usage counting on this website and in the demos. So does opening a page with ?notrack=1, which this browser then remembers (?notrack=0 undoes it).
  • Our emails come from hello@getkipso.com. Reply to any of them to unsubscribe, and we'll take you off the list.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect what we hold, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we'll delete it.

Private workspaces for real projects

Private Kipso Bridge workspaces for real projects aren't open yet. When they are, they'll be available by invitation and covered by their own written data agreement, which will govern those workspaces instead of this notice.

Changes and questions

If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Questions? Write to hello@getkipso.com or use the contact form.
